This list is not exhaustive. Absence of a name or logo from this list does not waive any right AGISALT has in it.
Registration status
The marks listed above are unregistered and are claimed by AGISALT Inc. as common-law marks arising from use in commerce. AGISALT reserves all rights in them.
Using AGISALT marks
You may, without asking us
Refer to AGISALT and our products accurately, in plain text, to say true things. For example:
- reporting or commenting on AGISALT;
- stating that your organisation is an AGISALT customer or partner, if it is;
- comparing your product to ours truthfully;
- naming our products in a compatibility statement that is accurate.
This is referential use. Use only as much of the mark as you need, use it as an adjective before a generic noun, and do not imply a relationship that does not exist.
You may not, without our written permission
- use our logos or the Lattice Crystal mark;
- use our marks in your company name, product name, domain name, social handle, app name or hashtag;
- use our marks in a way that suggests AGISALT endorses, sponsors, certifies or is affiliated with you when it does not;
- alter, recolour, distort, animate, outline, rotate or add effects to our marks;
- combine our marks with your own into a lockup or composite;
- use our marks on merchandise;
- use our marks in a manner that is misleading, disparaging, unlawful, or that associates AGISALT with content that would damage its reputation or goodwill;
- register or attempt to register any mark, domain or handle that is confusingly similar to ours.

Our marks are adjectives, not nouns or verbs. Do not pluralise them and do not make them possessive.
Logo use, if we have given you permission
- Use the files we supply. Do not recreate them.
- Keep clear space around the logo equal to the height of the wordmark's capital letters on all sides.
- Do not place the logo on a background that reduces legibility.
- Do not make the logo the most prominent element on your page.

Microsoft and other third-party marks
Microsoft. AGISALT builds on the Microsoft platform. Microsoft, Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Copilot, Entra, Power Platform and Fabric are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies. We use them referentially to describe what we work on. Our use is governed by the Microsoft Trademark and Brand Guidelines and, where applicable, by our Microsoft partner agreements. Nothing on our site should be read as Microsoft endorsing AGISALT except where we state a specific Microsoft designation that we actually hold.
AGISALT Inc. is a Microsoft Solutions Partner with designations in Data & AI (Azure), Digital & App Innovation (Azure), and Business Applications. Where we display a Microsoft badge we use Microsoft's own artwork and the exact designation names, and we claim no Microsoft status beyond those three.
Others. All other trademarks, service marks and logos on our site belong to their owners. Their appearance does not imply any relationship with AGISALT unless we say so.
Reporting misuse
If you see someone using an AGISALT mark in a way that is confusing or misleading, tell us at trademarks@agisalt.com. Include a link or a screenshot.
